'The Bachelor': More underwear donations tonight?

Portsmouth Herald News - Portsmouth, NH, USA - Long before a dancing Matt Grant fake humped a phone booth — then acted like he hadn’t when someone walked by — it was obvious we’d finally found the bachelor “The Bachelor” deserved.

Only took 12 tries and countless versions of Stacey, the passed-out drunk minus one pair of panties. He’s tall, handsome, charming and goofy-funny but also sensible enough to hold up the aforementioned panties and say, “I don’t give a $h!t what country you’re from, that is not cool!" Of course, he was laughing when he said it. Lots of laughs out of Matt, and his 25 ladies — sorry, Chris — “American women.”

Maybe all we needed was a Brit. I know all I needed were those shots of him with a buzz cut, goatee and rugby gear. Cheers!

Tonight on “The Bachelor: London Calling,” eight women will be surprised to learn that they will be models in a fashion show; Matt takes seven women to Las Vegas and he bestows the first kiss of the season on one of the women.

Who will it be?

He zeroed in on the first woman out of the first limo for the first impression rose: Amanda R. She’s bland city from my seat, but he said she embodied everything he wants in a woman and “shone like a diamond.” (And hiccupped like a lush.)

So does that mean she gets the kiss?
