What They Think - Fairfax, Virginia - Award-winning speaker and best-selling author Orvel Ray Wilson, CSP, will discuss his take-no-prisoners approach to sales, marketing and negotiation for the specialty imaging community at the 2010 SGIA Expo Keynote Breakfast (Las Vegas; October 14).
In his Keynote address "Upsell! - How to Expand Your Value to Sell at Higher Prices," Wilson will demonstrate how to create a profitable advantage by selling at prices higher than your competition and how to add real value to your services. Attendees also will learn what to say when your customers ask for discounts and "31 Reasons" why customers will gladly pay more.
