John Tesh brings his talent to Scranton on Sept. 20

Citizens Voice - Wilkes-Barre, PA, USA - John Tesh will perform in concert Sept. 20 for a 7 p.m. show at the Hilton Scranton & Conference Center in Scranton.

A Grammy Award nominee, Emmy Award winner and gold-selling recording artist, Tesh is bringing his award-winning music and live concert experience to the region for a family friendly concert that includes music, dance, intense emotions and laughter.

Tesh has established himself as a charismatic and engaging musician, providing his audiences with a blend of music, comedy, romance and a soaring spirituality. Complementing his performance are lighting effects and plenty of high-energy interaction with the audience.

Tesh’s personality and music took PBS by storm with “Live at Red Rocks.” The former Entertainment Tonight anchor continued to develop a solid fan base to showcase his musical talents with his live concerts.

Tesh also hosts a nationally syndicated radio show “Music and Intelligence For Your Life,” which is heard by more than 12 million listeners each week in 250 markets and was named “Best Daily Program” and “Best Weekly Music Program” by Radio Ink magazine readers in 2006.
