Dane Cook’s Next Stop: American Idol

Stage Time Magazine - New York, NY, USA - Dane Cook is returning to the spotlight with a slate of new gigs this spring that include performing for US troops in Iraq, headlining Lollipop Laugh-Out, a benefit show at the Laugh Factory and appearing on the top-rated hit American Idol as part of American Idol: Idol Gives Back on April 9.

Cook’s latest album, Rough Around the Edges was certified gold by the RIAA. “It went gold faster than any of my prior comedy albums,” he writes to fans on MySpace.

Fans can also see Cook in an exclusive full-length documentary on Robert Kelly’s new DVD Just the Tip set for release April 8.
