Clint Eastwood Seeks To Help Fallen Co-Star

Starpulse.com - Branford, CT, USA - Actor/director Clint Eastwood has embarked on a quest to find actress June Fairchild, his co-star in 1974 film Thunderbolt And Lightfoot.

Eastwood, 77, has discovered Fairchild became addicted to alcohol and drugs after her career stalled; served a prison sentence for parole violation and was left homeless and sleeping on the streets of Hollywood.

Thanks to the generosity of friends, the 60-year-old has picked up the pieces and is living in a small Los Angeles apartment - and Eastwood is keen to lend a hand.

He says, "My heart sank when I heard of what had become of June. There are organizations that can help her but I'm sure she could also use a friendly face right now. I'd really like to meet her."
