TransWorldNews (press release) - Monroe, GA, USA - Last night on Big Brother 9, an evicted houseguest was given the opportunity to return to the game. Ryan nominated Sharon and James for eviction. By a vote of 5 to 1, James was evicted from the house.

Julie Chen then told the houseguests that they had a choice to make. They could either vote for a mystery person in a big blue box to return or they could vote to have James return. The mystery person could be either Alex, Jen, Parker, Allison, or Jacob. By a vote of 5 to 3, James was voted back into the house.

MSNBC - USA - When houseguest Jen Johnson left the “Big Brother 8” house Thursday night, she did so with the show’s first-ever penalty vote: the producers cast a vote against her, making her eviction the result of a 6-0 vote.
