| Colts trio named to Indiana Hall of Fame |
WTHI - Terre Haute, IN, USA
- Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay, team president Bill Polian and coach Tony Dungy have been selected to the Indiana Football Hall of Fame.
Hall of Fame president Richard Bryant says their success over the years made it an easy choice.
Irsay assumed ownership of the team in 1997 after the death of his father, Robert. He hired Polian, who drafted Peyton Manning the next year, and brought in Dungy in 2002. Including a previous stint with Tampa Bay, Dungy has a 136-74 career record and has taken his team to the playoffs each of the past nine years, tying an NFL record.
