- A good meal includes good food and good wine, but more importantly it's about joining with family and friends for a meal and conversation, says television chef Sara Moulton.
"The most important thing for a family, the 'glue' that keeps the family together, is sitting down together for dinner," says Moulton, the host of "Sara's Weeknight Meals" on Channel 2.
Moulton will be at the Boston Wine Expo Saturday and Sunday demonstrating simple ways for families to spend less time cooking and more time at the table together. She'll join other public television chefs Ming Tsai of Wellesley's Blue Ginger restaurant and
