WCPO - Cincinnati, OH, USA - People are used to seeing her face on Good Morning America, but you can soon see Robin Roberts in person.

Roberts will speak at Miami University's spring commencement on May 10.

The event is free and will be held at Yager Stadium.

Roberts joined Good Morning America in 2005 and recently has been outspoken about her battle with breast cancer.

Roberts, who announced in July she was battling the disease, has been sporting the hairpiece since shaving her head prior to undergoing chemotherapy.

She left it at home Thursday, however, when she took to the catwalk and modeled a dazzling, silver-beaded Isaac Mizrahi frock, the New York Daily News reported Friday.

"Did I forget my hair again?" Roberts quipped. "I wanted to do this for everyone who is going through something, a challenge in their life."

USA Today - USA - Robin Roberts is expected back on ABC News' Good Morning America on Monday, only 10 days after undergoing surgery for breast cancer.

"She is still awaiting her test results, but is feeling great and looking forward to getting back to work," said Bridgette Maney, show spokeswoman, Thursday.

Roberts, 46, told viewers last week she had been diagnosed with breast cancer after finding a lump in a self-examination. She had surgery last Friday and has been resting at home since.

The former college basketball star is co-anchor of the morning show with Diane Sawyer.
