By Adrianne Pasquarelli, Crain's New York Business - Attention New Yorkers! By fall, there will be a new venue for eating the culinary creations of celebrity chef Marcus Samuelsson. Mr. Samuelsson recently signed a 15-year deal at 310 Lenox Ave., between West 125th and West 126th streets.

The award-winning restaurateur and former executive chef at Scandinavian restaurant Aquavit and is also a contestant on Bravo’s Top Chef Masters, confirmed earlier this year that his next eatery would be in Harlem, but the address had yet to be announced.

The deal includes 3,300 square feet on the ground floor and a 4,000-square-foot basement, all of which will be used for retail
