John Edwards, Lance Armstrong Team Up for Cancer Ride |

- Edwards will join Armstrong and thousands of other cyclists in Hampton on Wednesday — the fourth day of the weeklong, 472-mile Register's Annual Great Bicycle Ride Across Iowa.

Lance Armstrong To Appear At Trek 100 |

- Seven-time Tour de France champion and cancer survivor Lance Armstrong will appear at the Trek 100 Ride for Hope this Saturday in Waukesha County.
Trek Bicycle Corp. and Midwest Athletes Against Childhood Cancer are sponsoring the ride and Armstrong's appearance.
The Trek 100 starts and finishes at Waukesha County Technical College in Pewaukee. The ride is one of the largest fundraising efforts for childhood cancer research in the United States.
Over the years, the Trek 100 has contributed $6 million to the MACC Fund in support of research.
