Bloomington Pantagraph - NORMAL — Actor and environmental activist Ed Begley Jr. will be the keynote speaker for Illinois State University’s Science and Technology Week, April 12-15.

Begley will hold an informal question and answer session at 3 p.m. April 14 on the main floor of Milner Library. His keynote, “Live Simply So That Others Can Simply Live,” will follow at 7 p.m. in Bone Student Center Braden Auditorium.

He is the costar of “Living with Ed,” a look at living green. He has won numerous environmental awards and has appeared in such films and television series as “Arrested Development,” “CSI: Miami” and “Pineapple Express.”
